Whether you’re new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, deepen your experience with our soul-nourishing group meditations. This free daily offering aims to foster community and support individuals in establishing a regular meditation practice.
During these meditations, we will weave our energies, raise our frequencies, and experience the healing, power of our shared light as a conscious collective. It’s an ‘IN-powering’ way to start the day!

We welcome you to join us any day or every day at 7:30am ET on zoom for a powerful group meditation. Each session begins with 10 minutes of a guided breath meditation, followed by 30 minutes of silence for your personal practice – whether it involves prayer, mantra, yoga, reading or other. We conclude with an inspiring reading to start your day on a positive note.
After meditation, you may choose to slip away to start your day or stay for a friendly chat with the group. Join us for a transformative experience and start your mornings with mindfulness and connection.
