By exploring that inner space, you gain tools and create responses that enable you to be more successful in your life and, even more importantly, to have the physical and emotional health to actually enjoy your accomplishments. 

Primordial Sound Meditation is an effortless meditation technique taught in four short sessions:

  • Session 1 – Introduction to Meditation.
will learn the basic principles of meditation; its 
history and the importance of your mantra.
  • Session 2 – Personal Instruction. 
You will 
receive your Primordial Sound mantra and learn how to use it, experiencing your first 
primordial sound meditation.
  • Session 3 – Perfecting Your Practice.
 You will learn the practical aspects of 
meditation, share your experience, and receive answers to any questions.
  • Session 4 – Higher States Of Consciousness.
 You will learn about the higher 
states of consciousness that can be achieved with a regular practice of Primordial Sound Meditation. Watch a video with Deepak Chopra sharing his vision of these higher states of consciousness. 


 Four Sessions are 60 to 90 minutes each (depending on questions).
